Today, we will cover how to send out email notifications from our application once a customer or user enters a ticket into our Service Desk system. They will want to know that we received their request and that we’ll be working on it soon! Also these users will want to be able to go back in and view or even edit their request after they have created it. We’ll begin the process of building a dashboard for them to do so.
